Kimberly Chapman, publisher of Sheen Magazine and co-founder of Nairobi Professional Products, founded the Chapman Foundation. Bankrolled solely out her pockets, the foundation allots scholarships to young college students. The Chapman Foundation not only makes a difference in the lives of its recipients, but also in the community, putting on culturally and artistically motivated events to educate.
The college day is an effort to get
students from surrounding colleges and universities to take part in a day of
fellowship and fun with other neighboring schools. Wear FVSU or Greek letter
paraphernalia to rep your school.
There will be shuttles to pick up students in the Atlanta University Center in front of the Robert W. Woodruff Library between 10:15-10:40 a.m. and light refreshments will be served to college students following the service. The event is free for everyone.
